IN-PERSON
Complimentary meeting designed to introduce an Understudy to your pets and get familiar with their care routine!​

In-person consultations are free, typically take 30-60 minutes, and are required before services can be provided.
​
We prefer to meet at your home so pets can become comfortable with us entering and moving about their space, but we are happy to initially meet them in a neutral location if you feel that would be best.​

OVER THE PHONE
Phone consultations are available to offer guidance or information regarding any services you are interested in.​
​
Commonly scheduled in the afternoon, but morning or weekend times may be available upon request.
​
Phone consultations are free, typically take 10-20 minutes, and cover topics such as profile creation, service details, and general practice questions.
